Hi Ron,
Just wanted to shoot a quick email to let you know how pleased I was with the great help and customer service I received from Rob a few weeks ago. I called in a panic on a Friday afternoon (as I was stressed over an invitation order I needed to complete for a bride that weekend) and left a message that Rob returned before leaving for the afternoon. When he called me back I explained my problem which he was able to help me work through after staying on the line for me for about 45 minutes...well after he should have been gone for the day. He was friendly and helpful, and he taught me a few tricks about our copier that I could never figure out previously! We're so thrilled to have our contract with DOS as everyone with the company has been wonderful to work with thus far. From the first day Blake came in to try to sell us a machine all the way up through the present (now over a year into our contract), we've been nothing but satisfied. My name is Jeff Gardner and I am an Alliance Manager for HP's Imaging and Printing group in the Americas region. I deal with many of our partners throughout North, Central and South America and I wanted to let you know that I have not worked with a finer service manager than Ron McClintock. His "whatever it takes" attitude has turned a poor relationship with DHL in West Columbia, SC into a positive situation. Allow me to quote our field delivery manager, who within the 12 months I have worked with her, had never sent me any positive feedback on a service partner:

Jeff-
I wanted to pass along a good story to you today since it seems like all I come to you with is issues. We had a unit redirected to Columbia, SC and the arrival date at the dealer was uncertain. Despite this, DHL made plans around deployment happening today. When that fell through, they insisted on Monday. I caught the service manager coming home from a conference in Las Vegas and he arranged to have a tech preflight this weekend so we can deploy on Monday. Kudos to him for pulling it all together for us, even though he was traveling.
