Julio Reis

President/Owner

Julio is President and owner of Digital Office Solutions, Inc. (formerly Duplicating Specialties). Prior to founding DOS, he held a service technician position for 8 years and a service manager position for 2 years. Julio is involved in the daily activities of the service department and his primary focus is on the customer.

Fernanda Reis

Vice President/Owner


Fernanda brings 20 years of banking experience to DOS. She is responsible for administration, finance, purchasing and business planning.  Prior to joining DOS in 2000, Fernanda worked in the Premier Banking Division for Bank of America providing personal customer service and achieved President’s Club for 7 consecutive years.


Tommy Stafford

IT Manager

Tommy has 35 years field experience in the copier industry as well as various networking certifications.








David Price

Field Service Supervisor

David has more than 30 years experience in the copier industry, servicing Ricoh manufactured products. He joined DOS in 2000 and is a Field Service Supervisor and specializing in High volume and color equipment.
